Maddy Physics (www.maddyphysics.in) is an online physics coaching service. This policy explains what information we collect about students and visitors, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and photo.
- Profile details you give us: date of birth, gender, class/grade, school, parent or guardian name and phone number, city, country and program.
- Learning records: courses, class attendance, test answers and scores, assignments and messages to the teacher.
- Technical details needed to keep your account secure, such as the device you last logged in from.
How we use it
- To create and run your account, teach classes, grade work and show your progress.
- To send you login codes, class reminders, receipts and important notices.
- To keep accounts secure (for example, one active device per student).
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only you and the teacher can see your personal details and results. We use trusted service providers to run the site: Supabase (database and login), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Resend (email). They process data only on our behalf. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and photo with us — nothing else.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active, and delete it on request or when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@maddyphysics.in. For students under 18, a parent or guardian can make these requests.
